salad with tomato, cucumber, carrot


3pm
Salad with 1 hardboiled egg, 1 slice tomato, turkey, and swiss cheese


6pm
build your own stirfry with greenbeans, onion, water chestnut, peas, edamame and 1 cup brown rice
