iced coffee from Tim Horton's with cream and splenda


1pm
massive salad: spinach, lettuce, peppers, artichoke hearts, 1/3 c. black beans, tomatoes, peas


6pm
1/2 orange pepper and 1/4 c. hummus

9pm
1 glass white wine
