1 cup vegetable soup (made with red pepper, onion, spinach chicken stock, and 1.5 oz. chicken)
10 brown rice chips

3/4 cucumber

2 cups steamed green beans
2 cups yellow squash and zucchini skillet steamed
1 cup veggie soup, with 1 oz. chicken
5 chocolate acai berries
